Deb Goldman attended the National Gourmet Institute in New York City. With an emphasis in natural and health supportive cuisine, she recieved certification from their renowned Chef Training Program. Since graduating from NGI, she has worked and lived as a culinary lifestyle advisor, caterer, and private chef in both New York City and the Greater Los Angeles Area.

Deb’s unique personal experience combined with her passion for people has brought solace, inspiration and guidance to her clients with dietary restrictions. Specifically, she demystifies “health conscious” eating by educating and gently encouraging the individual, bringing a deeper understanding necessary to make positive food choices that support their individual needs.  By establishing a “culinary lifestyle”, the client learns how to listen to their body and thereby experiencing long term health and energy.  Deb believes that genuine healing doesn’t just involve transforming your meals, it requires acknowledging the importance of food in your life and coming to terms with how food makes your body feel everyday.

Combined with her education from NGI, Deb also refers to the Blood Type Diet by Dr. Paul D’Adamo, research and writings from Dr. Bernard Jenson, Sally Fallon and The Weston Price Foundation and Paul Pitchford.
